 Suggested 3-4 sessions, 2-3 weeks apart.For the maintenance: once every 2-3 months.

Post Care:

No facial cleansers for 12 hours (water rinse only if needed). 

Avoid touching your face to prevent irritation or infection.

Use only hydrating and soothing products for 3–5 days (no actives).

Avoid active ingredients for 5–7 days (AHA/BHA, retinol, vitamin C, scrubs).

No makeup for 24 hours; choose non-comedogenic products afterward.

Avoid sun exposure; apply SPF daily.

Avoid heat and heavy workouts for 48 hours (sauna, steam, hot yoga, hot showers).

Do not pick or scratch if there is flaking or dryness.
