Client Intake & Screening
For Client safety & appropriateness, client completes medical history & consent forms screen for: pregnancy/breastfeeding, autoimmune or neuromuscular disorders, medications (anticoagulants, isotretinoin, etc.), allergies & prior adverse reactions,
document baseline concerns and expectations.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Collaborate with me on a treatment plan designed just for you. Your care begins with a 30-minute consultation that includes a comprehensive assessment of your health history, skin condition, anatomy, and treatment goals. Treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and alternatives are discussed to support informed decision-making. All services are provided within LPN scope of practice, under established medical directives and Medical Director oversight, in accordance with College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan standards. Client safety, ethical practice, and evidence-informed care are always the priority.

Injectable Treatments
Your treatment is performed with expert care and guided by your personalized plan. You’ll receive clear aftercare instructions, along with a nurse follow-up the next day to ensure comfort and safety. Continued support is provided through the two-week review period, with all care thoughtfully documented.
