What We Stand For?

All treatments, packages, memberships, prepaid services, and promotional purchases are final sale. Due to the medical and elective nature of aesthetic services: No cash refunds will be issued. No credit card reversals will be processed once payment is completed. Products opened or used are non-refundable. If a client is dissatisfied, management may offer clinic credit at its sole discretion.

Promotional pricing does not qualify for additional discounts, coupons, or membership stacking. Packages are valid for 6-12 months from purchase date. Expired packages may be forfeited unless extended in writing. Packages are non-transferable unless approved by management. Cancellation / Conversion If a client discontinues a prepaid package: Used services will be recalculated at the promotional rate originally purchased, not regular price. Remaining unused balance may be converted to another service equal to the remaining promotional value. No cash refunds will be issued. Converted services must be used within the original expiry period.

Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Membership discounts cannot be combined with promotional offers. Minimum commitment term (if applicable): ______ months. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Early cancellation may result in forfeiture of accumulated promotional benefits or recalculation of prior services at regular pricing.

To respect the time of our providers and other clients: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows will result in the deduction of one session from your package or a $100 No Show / cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of remaining services without refund

We accept: Cash, Credit Card, Debit, E-Transfer, Medicard Financing, 4 Biweekly Pre-Authorized Payments (Void Cheque Required) Full payment must be received prior to or at the time of treatment unless financing is approved. 

 NSF or declined payments are subject to a $45 administrative fee. Accounts 14 days overdue may be sent to collections. Future appointments may be suspended until balance is cleared.

 If an unpaid balance is forwarded to collections or legal recovery, the client agrees to be responsible for reasonable administrative, legal, and recovery fees permitted under Saskatchewan law.

The client will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered, prepaid packages, or agreed financing plans. In the event of a dispute, the client agrees to resolve the matter directly with ProSkin Wellness & Medical Aesthetics Regina. If a chargeback is filed without medical or legal justification, the client undestands and may be responsible for administrative fees, collection costs, and legal expenses.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm your appointment.

The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.

If the client fails to attend, cancels within the late cancellation window, or does not provide sufficient notice (minimum 24–48 hours unless otherwise specified), the deposit may be forfeited.

Rescheduling is allowed once with proper notice, subject to clinic availability.

Deposits are not transferable to other individuals.

By paying the deposit, I acknowledge and agree to the appointment confirmation and deposit policy.
